研究テーマ：木材の乾燥，薬液注入処理等の基礎としての，木材中の物質移動機構の解明。循環型総合木材利用システムとしての間伐材，小径未利用材の高耐久，高機能化技術の開発。温度変化を受けた木材の物性。
